This is rough because while you do want to be mindful of washing hands and things like that , it can consume you. I empathize with you. What helps me is the fact that if you are afraid of germs , and don’t experience them , your immune system actually weakens . We NEED germs. Our body is made of microbes that keep everything flowing and functioning. The more you isolate yourself from germs , the worse off you are immune wise. Balance is key ❤️ I’m still working on the balance part myself , but knowing this helps me and I hope it helps you !

Just letting you know, the booster for both mRNA vaccines IS available, right now. At least for Kroger Stores and Pharmacies it is

Are they making people wait the 8 months, or is this just for immunocompromised people?

tp151234

They are recommending people wait 8 months but Isreal is doing 5 to 6 months. The US said they may change the timeline as data comes in. So who knows what they will choose to do.

I guess I'll just assume it'll be sometime before the end of the year for me, then! If it's 5 months, I could get it in September. Something to look forward to, I suppose!

tp151234

If it's 5 months that will be September for me as well! 🤞🤞

I wish Japan will make booster available for vulnerble people for example my niece.(20 years old,B-cell is not working well, many 20 years old cannot get vaccinated yet.(except her brother)

yoiwantin

I don’t believe they are requiring it. I scheduled exactly 5 months from my second shot and I got my appointment secured and everything.

My mom is the same. Pm me and we can talk, and share our struggles together.

Me too! I got my 2nd vaccination on July.(I have PTSD,extra traumatized by this 1.5 years) I think to act scientifically safe helps you.Ventilate where you live, choose well ventilated place to go,(sometimes I cannot choose,as I live in Tokyo,I have to ride commuter train.but if you can drive a car,or bicycle,it will help) Not only you,I noticed so many people became so snappy,at least here in Tokyo. It's hard to relax.(I personally use meditation app.but it's not for everyone. It works for me) I decided wiping is "only for peace of my mind".Way to relax.
