Oh my god, I thought it was only me
I was meditating today and realised this, glad to see others going through it but I wonder why it happens...
I kind of think the answer is… (don’t read it if you don’t want to overthink it too much next time you meditate and add unnecessary stress)
When you “let the mind do whatever it wants to do” you become an observer, a witness of your thoughts, jn that short time you don’t identify on what you’re thinking you just “let the cars pass by” and it’s interesting (mindful moment) how while waiting for what your next thought might be, none appears :)
That's actually a really good point and perspective
This is the point if people are thinking it’s not suppose to be like that. You dedicate time to yourself trying to calm down...then let your mind do what it wants and it’s processed stuff and showing it can be still and quite after you practice. Some days I operate like the second part after a meditation and it’s quite blissful
Good meme 😎
You don't have to keep your mind clear :-)
You just have to stay clear of getting too involved in them and acknowledge them before letting them go. "Think of it like a feather... gently touching the surface of a crystal glass ...."
This is so real.
**so real, this is.**
