In wake of legal defeat, Eyman joins national GOP push for voting 'integrity' laws

C0git0

Tim Eyman is a piece of shit.

VerticalYea

Also is a horse's ass.

JasonALang

Gentlemen, gentlemen... we can compromise. ...he's the piece of shit falling out of a horse's ass.

Itsaghast

Horse feces are far too neat and clean, as far as shit goes. He's more like what your roommate who only eats fast food leaves in the toilet bowl a morning after a heavy night of drinking.

Bufalohotsauce

Horses asses can’t handle as much corporate cock as Tim Eyeman takes on a daily basis.

Zoophagous

Tim Eyman is the reason we still don't have a regional light rail system.

derfu5

This, surely, we can all agree on.

AlexandrianVagabond

Oh shut the fuck up Tim.

dukeofmadnessmotors

Eyman wouldn't know integrity if he rolled it out of an Office Depot.

imnotmrrobot

Maybe we should put some office chair integrity laws on the books.

vegdust

He should work on his own integrity first

PeteyNice

Grifter gotta grift.

Atman6886

Oh wait, are you talking about the Tim Eyman that stole a chair from Home Depot?

AgileSumo

He's not legally allowed to grift and steal from his campaign initiative funds here in WA anymore. Now he's after that sweet sweet national Trump cult money.

MissMouthy1

Of course he does.

AcclaimedGroundhog

When voters don't give you a seat at the table in a fair election, what can you do? Steal a chair.

BareLeggedCook

Can he just go away please

Gumwall_Art_Critic

STOP THE SQUEAL

LessO2

Every time I think he hits rock bottom, Eyman brings a shovel.

doktorhladnjak

Proof that he's just a Republic shill, rather than some anti-tax crusader. Otherwise, he'd be running some ballot initiatives on the capital gains and LTCI taxes.

BonyUnicorn

Of course he did.

SeattleReaderTiny

Dude going national to swipe office chair?

MCReader69

The decline of GOP under Trump has been spectacular!

[deleted]

A criminal organization welcomes one of their own.

Werner_Herzogs_Dream

Is *everyone* in the republican party a scam artist?

CodeNameVii

🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

jschubart

Eyman's life is a legal defeat.

FunctionBuilt

If these assholes have one thing it’s tenacity. It’s probably because their their identity and it’s all they have. Not to mention other assholes in the shadows funneling money to them.

Itsaghast

"Baseball team with no pitching depth who always loses in late innings pressures the league to change the number of innings to 6, citing 'integrity of the game'"

Talksiq

We're gonna end up with some weird ass, vaguely worded "Voter ID" referendum on that ballot in the next election aren't we...

Lch207560

Democrats are outta their minds if they don't embrace this movement. Of course they are also outta their minds if they do not see the voter integrity problems as endemic to areas outside of where their voter base primarily reside.

JasonALang

Agreed. Voter integrity problems include lack of polling places (just \*coincidentally\* in minority areas), using voter ID to block typically democratic voting, minority intimidation, voter harassment, making voting harder, and gerrymandering. If Eyman or the GOP gave even the slightest care about voter integrity, they'd work on these things. Probably by adopting nation-wide Vote-by-Mail, automatic registration at 18, publically-funded elections, and independent redistricting.

JasonALang

Well, that's fine. But honestly? VbM is safe, saves counties tons of money on polling places, and lets the elderly and handicapped vote. Not to mention people who work. But I'm preaching to the choir here.

Tie it to your SSN, and any government program like Medicare. ....naaah. they'll scream about Big Brother while all this info is already available.

Xyzzyzzyzzy

The evidence shows that "voter integrity problems" are literally invented out of thin air by certain politicians and activists. The evidence shows that fraudulent voting is extremely rare. There is no evidence that elections in states with restrictive voting laws are less affected by fraud than elections in states with less restrictive voting laws. So... why would anyone outside that group of certain politicians and activists be concerned about fraudulent voting?
