Well, it depends on the context. Myself, yourself, etc., are reflexive pronouns and should have antecedents - You can say "I myself think that..." as an intensifier, or "I am being true to myself" or "You are being true to yourself" or whatever. But if you're not specifically talking about I or you, but rather in the abstract, I would say being **"true to oneself."** Or you could just say integrity, since it has a very similar definition.
