When will Malaysia issue an apology to Al Jazeera?
How hard is it to learn the malay language and its alphabet for a speaker who only speaks germanic languages?
Hi. I speak German and I can say that the Malay alphabets are a no-brainer because they have almost completely Romanised. We just don't have umlaut. And also no diphthongs. Every word is pronounced as it is spelled.
Other than that? There are some similarities. Like the conjugation. We conjugate a lot of words just like Germans do, except we modify the beginning of the words too using prefixes. ~~And we don't conjugate based on dativ, nominativ, or akkusativ~~ (and not even gender). We conjugate based on (also) time/tense, person vs. object, etc. Oh yeah and nouns have no gender. All pronouns are neutral except in special cases like referring to royalty but you don't really need to know that.
Word order is fine, there isn't a strict rule but generally, it's like this: object -> verb ->location/time/manner/receving subject. Similar to English. We use commas very sparingly, usually to emphasize a break between two complete sentences and not clauses, and quotation marks are always at the top. We don't capitalize every noun, only proper ones with names. Pronouns are very simple, there is no dativ or akkusativ. To show belonging, we use words (and simply putting them next to each other) instead of inflection or conjugations.
Malay prepositions are just as complicated as German's prepositions, but we don't conjugate adjectives and just use them as they are.
If you have any questions, I'll try to answer them!
**EDIt:** I was wrong, we totally conjugate based on dativ/akkusativ. Sorry.
Lebst du immer noch in Malaysia und wieso lernt man denn freiwillig deutsch lmao
I should start to study 2 hours ago. But I am still finding out the best way to study pharmacology. Should i taking note? print out the lecture slide? taking hand written notes? or or what
Didn't expect to get this very detailed amswer. I really appreciated it
pick one. go with it. if it doesn't work, try another one.
All of the above.
For me, writing things down really helps to retain the information.
Is 3 years of uni-life enough for you or you wished it was longer abit ? Xd
Early adulthood I would wish it was longer. The older I get, the more I wish it ended sooner. Expensive piece of paper that only opens some very competitive doors which may or may not guarantee good returns depending on your connections.
UTAR Sg. Long campus or Kampar campus better? Heard some of them said Sg. Long campus is outdated and poorly maintained.
Kampar got big and nice campus, Sg. Long two big buildings, that’s all.
[It looked not bad](https://i.imgur.com/FB1JQXK.jpg) for my first try at acrylics. I should be happy for this.
However, I cannot help but feel like a fucking loser. I feel like quitting, sad as fuck and useless. I hate that I put high expectations on myself. I’m so angry right now.
Dude, these are better than you think. Honestly.
I 100% guarantee: if you put these photos somewhere and come back in five years with fresh eyes, you'll be super impressed with yourself.
I really liked the choice of colours! The piece gives off a surreal, dreamlike feeling. And the interesting brushwork(?) on the ground and clouds.
> I feel like quitting, sad as fuck and useless. I hate that I put high expectations on myself. I’m so angry right now.
Paint these feelings. Let it out on the canvas.
It ended with me throwing the brush to the canvas. Which now I think about it, kinda dramatic and funny but relieved I guess.
I'm at the age where if I die right now, people don't say "oh, she was so young 🥺"
If i die right now, people won't even realize i'm gone.
[Bedtime story](https://youtu.be/sGqAw7UM6qo). Good night nyets.
Juat realise there’s no Malay word for billionaire, just “jutawan”. It’s kinda understating the different between millionaire and billionaires
this made me think, what is the Indonesian word for “millionaires”? million rupiah for them is around RM280
Saw Twitter reply on mukriz mahathir tweet and calling him jutawan but that family is billionaire. That’s huge difference.
Is oolong tea sweet?
No tea is sweet until you put sugar, sugar
That's some adulting truth!
Any idea what oolong tea tastes like?
It’s not sweet, but it has a sweet hint in terms of tea fragrance to me. Taste like black and green tea but not necessarily of both?
What's your opinion on black and green tea?
I like both. I drink green tea regularly and black tea occasionally if the food is greasy to me. For black tea, there’s so many options! My personal go to is Pu Erh - but not everybody likes that. If for milk based black tea, I like earl grey. Oolong is milder in taste compared to Pu Erh and Earl grey.
Btw, although I would recommend trying them without milk if you want to properly understand the taste of it, most bubble tea shops have oolong based drinks.
Hmm i really can't explain the taste. It has a similar taste to other black teas like lipton and boh, but has a different... depth to it? I'm not a tea conosieour and idk how to spell conosiour
suddenly really miss my uni life.
[here buddy, this one's for you](https://youtu.be/BMJ9D3lSrDg)
Which part you miss the most?
lack of adulting and responsibilities
or the maggi mee ?
Rushing to complete assignments before deadlines are no fun though.
Me rn. Adulting seems more fun compared to this. Grass is greener on the other side, I guess.
Haha I live for the thrill of completing assignments right before datelines. I miss living on campus and being near my friends.
That mad rush of printing stuff out, staying up late at night, flipping pages after pages of reference books to look for names of authors, publication and other info for citation and endless of caffeine just to force oneself to stay awake?
Me no loike. But then again, it only happened to me during the first sem. After that, I always finished my assignments at least a week before deadlines so I had the time to edit it.
I guess that's why I'm a teacher, :p
Yup. I mastered the art of APA citation as well as stress crying and watching the word count with anxiety. I somehow prefer this to my current work actually. The bulk of it is the whole campus experience that I miss.
Hahah I’ve always admired students who were able to get assignments done in advanced. It just wasn’t me. Kudos to you!
Why did you have to remind me of that? I hated that above everything else. If I had to write a 3000-word essay, I ended up writing almost 4000-word essay. I always exceeded the word limit and it took so much time to "trim".
Easier to BS to reach word count than to reduce it IMO.
I think most people have the opposite problem! But yeah, it’s harder to edit when you end up being above the limit.
I’ve got a question for Muslims. Sorry if this is dumb. I (female, non-Muslim) have a friend (male, Muslim) who had opened up about some issues he’s been struggling with. He has recently sent me a heartfelt message saying thank you for listening to him. With other friends, I’d most definitely send them a virtual hug, but idk if that’s appropriate in this case. (I’m asking since I’ve read that in Islam, those of opposite genders can’t hug. Again, sorry if it’s a dumb question)
Considering he’s close to you since he opened up about his struggles, I don’t think he’ll be offended if you asked him “do you need a virtual hug”
One of my kiddos actually asked this question before to my school's ustazah. She said it's okay, because it's only virtual hug.
Sounds fine to me. I'm sure he'll appreciate it
Virtual is fine. Really nice that you're considerate about it!
If you feel uncomfortable with a hug, then send an emoji. But virtual hug is fine by me.
Spent the last 4 hours trawling mudah/ibilik for a place to stay near Sunway and....its been horrifying. I am obviously blessed with a rather below market priced room(450) and conservative housemates(utility bill never goes above 60/pp).
Most rentals now seem to be crazy(3 washing machine + 3 fridge) or asking for way above my current rental price for sub par offerings.
Do I suck it up and take a 1 1/2 hour public transport commute or move to a closer location and cut commute to maybe 30-40 mins.
> 30-40 mins
That's still pretty long but much much better than 1 1/2 hour
The main question is pretty much would you rather save money or time?
Uurrghh, youre right, it does come down to it..id probly end up choosing money. Ive taken up pokemon GO again, so my commute time is basically GO time.
Also, something I failed to mention, your username is apt as Im also choosing to move to be closer with the GF, thus making it easier to hook up. *hard* choices. A 30 min travel for her cut to 15 mins which sounds a heck lot more *do*able
So my neighbors belanja the whole house with KFC, I'm thinking about giving something back. What should I give?
Where is this wonderful Taman or apartment 😁? *Am moving in*
Seriously though, I thought we were pretty bad neighbors. We're loud and our bikes are also loud
You will tell me, and tell me now. You are not depriving me of neighbourly gifts of food 🤦♀🤣
gesture in hope you guys tone down? 🤣
(I'm joking please don't take offence 😂)
my neighbours do it for us too, like out of the blue they (different neighbours) would give us ice cream, brownies, fruit juice from Australia, or even just pick up some extra bottled water when they get some during water cuts
ofc we do return the favours and sometimes we buy cakes and stuff for them too when we find some good stuff
I guess that's what keeps a harmonious neighbourhood going, too bad ill be moving out soon but the new neighbourhood seems friendly too :)
What fairytale neighbourhood are you all living in! Lol
Ngl I thought about that too.
Texas Chicken. Wow them with the superior fried chicken.
what if they fight back with korean fried chicken?
If you live in PJ back in the day, this Auntie and her secret sauce fried chicken at the pasar malams in town.
She gone since the COVID, I still miss her fried chicken till today. If she comes back one day, I am going to buy the whole damn bird even if its me eating it all.
I am ok with the korean FC taste, but most of the chains chicken pieces so small like drummet only.
yooo that just reminded me of uncle bobs fried chicken for some reason.
Those Shinlin Taiwanese style chicken cutlet FC also nice la. Take it easy with the powder pepper and la chiu and enjoy it without sneezing on the powders.
Had texas fried chicken burger, can confirm. Better than KFC and Im the kind of guy to buy a family feast bucket for himself once a week to feed my depression.
Hokkaido baked cheese tart and get different flavours. Also, Dunkin' Donuts.
Anyway, should be dessert or snacks, because if you treat them to heavier meals like chicken, quite expensive. For instance, if you get them chicken, it's quite strange to share (at least that's what I think), but if you get them tarts or cakes, they can share among themselves by cutting into smaller pieces. You don't have to go all out and spend that much to show your appreciation, is my humble opinion.
Belanja them Kyochon
Mysejahtera shows casual contact? Should I do anything?
If you truly want to be safe, self quarantine and take a covid test. Casual contact just means that you went somewhere within a certain period of time that had a positive covid test. It’s not as serious as a ‘close’ contact
Youre going to need more exp to reach lvl 5...
halfway through quarantine (due to international flights). other than the first hiccup by the bus drivers, the experience have been great. though lack of SOP enforcement among the staff are pretty obvious. NADMA people, immigration people, bus drivers are often seen using face diaper, not face masks even in indoor areas.
the whole process from landing to hotel took me 3 hours. it is longer that it should because the bus driver mistakenly drive us to the hotel chain in PJ instead of kepong -\_-. there is a lot of process but if you have all the documents it is quite straightforward, you're only going through one path and there's no way you're missing a step in the process.
for basic quarantine you are going to be gathered with other people to get picked up by bus. then you go in groups to take baggage and put baggage in bus. before entering the hotel, we had to sign ourself to enter quarantine and deposit money (cash or cc only).
the meals are good, so far i only had 1 pretty okay (edible) food and the rest are at least the average zapfan-ish in terms of taste. 90% of the time the meat is chicken, with the other 10% being fish. i even had a spaghetti bolognese and they taste pretty good (albeit a bit too few meat for my liking). they always give so many carbs (rice, noodles, spaghetti, etc), i always eat 1/4 of the rice and still are very full by it.
basic quarantine doesn't guarantee wifi, but the hotel provides one. sadly the range is very bad (only reach the door area of the room) and so i have to resort to using umobile's unlimited data, at a rate of 15GB/day because of the constant netflix and youtube
looking forward to the end of quarantine though, as i have pretty much finished all of the youtube content i can watch and is binging through netflix series lol
just asking, are you allowed to order extra food or drinks if you're not full?
also are you allowed to have personal belongings brought by family members to be placed in your room before you enter the room?
just curious lol
>just asking, are you allowed to order extra food or drinks if you're not full?
When i payed for it online they state that you can. I didn't ask if there's restrictions on times and such as I'm too full to even order extra food lol.
But for my hotel itself offered room service at pretty okay price. a touch above cafe prices, rm17-20 for spaghetti, rm15 for burgers, rm15 chicken rice.
>also are you allowed to have personal belongings brought by family members to be placed in your room before you enter the room?
Am not malaysian so there's no way for my family to do that lol. But I don't think so. We use bomba/staff lifts to go straight to my floor and as far as i can tell this is a room for quarantine only.
I think they may be allowed tho, just like how food deliveries are allowed
>But for my hotel itself offered room service at pretty okay price. a touch above cafe prices, rm17-20 for spaghetti, rm15 for burgers, rm15 chicken rice.
that is extremely cheap for a hotel...special rates for those in quarantine or its the standard price?
>I think they may be allowed tho, just like how food deliveries are allowed
oh I'm quite surprised by that didn't know that was allowed
>that is extremely cheap for a hotel...special rates for those in quarantine or its the standard price?
~~I think it's quarantine price list. Because there's [this little note below](https://i.imgur.com/2gYF0rD.jpg)~~
Or maybe that's just how this hotel works. The paper looks laminated which led me to believe it's the normal price
>oh I'm quite surprised by that didn't know that was allowed
They probably have an SOP, like you dropping off at receptionist and they'll bring it up to the table in front of the room
most likely, they wouldn't allow anyone to access anywhere near accommodation of persons in quarantine except personnel there
I wonder if the hotel is built before the 2010s?
Old-ish hotel rooms tend to have an Ethernet jack on their walls. Last time I was at the closed down Mutiara JB, the WiFi was bad too. Looked around the room to find a goodie, an Ethernet jack. Proceeded to plug up a portable wifi router I had and starting enjoying my own Wifi.
Yeap it's 2007.
And yeap i prepared for both, a wifi repeater and a LAN cable. No LAN port in sight, and this crappy xiaomi wifi repeater software blocked me from repeating an open wifi (the hotel wifi has no password at all)
Its basically full sized firmware in a small package. I even had an old one reconfigured to let the house Astro decoder use wifi. Since got USB, can use the port to plug in a 4G modem for portable wifi time.
That's one useful device. Maybe I'll get one when pandemic is not a thing anymore.
Anyways, out of curiosity i connected to the wifi network, put my phone in front of the door and do a speed test.
[Yeah... Even that wouldn't help](https://i.imgur.com/SG2J0pY.jpg)
Router from years back, with every room at least 2-3 gadgets or more.
If only they had money to buy at least a Wifi 6 MU MIMO router or professionally setup Ubiquiti gear.....
>If only they had money to buy at least a Wifi 6 MU MIMO router or professionally setup Ubiquiti gear.....
Yeah that's probably not going to happen lol. I checked online and the hotel is only rm100/night. It is a comfy hotel for the price, but at the end of the Day it's still a cheap hotel
Just now my dad gave me lecture about selecting steel or iron gate roller wheels and why we need to replace the said wheels and I was like: *Yeah thanks but why you need to teach me all this BS?* and proceed to ignore what he said while pretending I was listening.
Hey you never know when those info might come in handy. Adulting is hard yo, the rollers on my house's auto gates have been going bad and are a pain in ass and I don't what to do with them.
listen to your dad yo, always a good idea to know what'll go wrong/how to maintain things. plus it'd be a pain in the ass once it stops working and not know what to do
I’m just curious. Which one is better?
According to his analysis, steel is better.
You did listen
*"tears up" that's my boy*
Do you guys think getting a education (chemistry) still worth it in malaysia?
In short, no. Unless you plan to continue beyond bachelors and get into research/teaching. There is very limited job opportunities, especially for pure chemistry in bachelors.
Another bad news for you alls to add to your doom pile
Government did a U-turn again on SOP. My little sister supposed to come back from boarding school. But ended up not because new sop now says cannot even though there's already some students manage to go back already.
Is her school in Sarawak? My theory is that the "go home" order was given by Education Ministry in retaliation to the CM suddenly ordered the schools in red zone to be closed. So they're like "Oh you think you have the power is it? Now we tell the student to go back home and they'll blame the trouble on you." So today SDMC/State Gov issued a response to that saying the don't need to go back.
IMO students don't need to be sent back home when they're in the dorm and schools are "closed". The school's budget for food and accommodation (outside of official scheduled school holidays) are already provide right? Just give them food and let them live in. They're kinda already isolated from the outside community...
Just read WOB also.
PDRM is limiting approved interstate journeys to Mon - Thur je. But long distance couple still can. /s/
Maybe if sister is travelling over weekend, see if can reschedule journey to weekday?
Covid cases took a u-turn also.
welp here's another one to add to the doom pile, new covid case at my apartment. stay safe yall
is it rude to switch to english when speaking to indians/chinese..i feel so guilty but i dont want them to feel bad if they don’t know what im saying
If they know what you're saying and can converse in english, yeah, go ahead, malaysian style after all.
If they can't and you switch, then you gonna really ask yourself why.
But then if they can only speak one language then they also gonna ask themselves why.
>But then if they can only speak one language then they also gonna ask themselves why.
Like that happens with many Cinas in this country. Very content living in the Mandarin/Canto bubble. At least hardly any Indians here don't at least speak BM too if not English too.
> Very content living in the Mandarin/Canto bubble.
at least in KL/Selangor, all chinese could speak English.
it's a ketuanan pariah mentality to think that chinese could only speak mandarin and mandarin only. just because they have a preference for language does not necessarily follow the logic that they are not good with other language.
Tbf, what many chinese have acted doesnt help at all. Eventhough they know how to speak bm (albeit poorly), they chose not to because scare of kena ketawa at. In the end, they keep telling other that they dont know malay instead of trying to improve on it.
>they keep telling other that they dont know malay instead of trying to improve on it.
Lol sadly this is me (am not malaysian tho). I'm indonesian so I'm sure i can speak "BM" (not really, just Indonesian with few BM words). But there may be some misunderstanding since some words are different so i ended up saying i only understand english
Never met a chinese that can't even speak a single sentence of BM, even the so called "boomer". Must be a rare breed.
Probably could speak a super broken BM la, but too scared lose face over such a trivial matter. One could improve the BM overtime, but overcoming that first big hurdle is key. Stupid Chinese society and face......
That's still some stupid conjecture you're doing and doesn't really help prove your point.
I have, came over from China.
That's a foreigner.
Well yes, but if you come from China, you are Chinese right? :)
Sorry i'm not into word play.
>ada juga org golek2 bontot je pun, tayang ketiak pun dapat duit.
It's unker right? I knew it 😤
On a serious note, hope you're at peace now. Your struggles sound a lot like someone dear to me, but you're on your way of flipping it around and he's, well, still there. But everyone has their own pace :)
Damn. You're a survivor. You stayed true to yourself.
Waterworld is the best bad movie. Fight me.
I'll gladly fight you for the mic to say that again. I absolutely hated it and still found it enjoyable
To be fair it's not the only best but one of the many best bad movies out there XD
Eh, not exactly a bad movie but a *very average* one though, and certainly didn't justify the production cost.
$175 million. Damn.
Water aint cheap, yo.
But! $175 million ᕙ( ¤ 〰 ¤ )ᕗᕙ( ~ . ~ )ᕗ
Eh? Then why not go for other movies like "The Bodyguard"? He was so hawt there.
That's The Room. Best big-budget bad movie, maybe.
Its ok la.

For extra cringe. Noboru Iguchi movies. Tried Shit Zombie?
Nice cringe-fest of a list!
[I’m gonna call it a day with this one](https://i.imgur.com/dl31MTo.jpg) because I’m no longer happy with the result each time I add more colours.
What do you guys think?
Art is never done. Good enough as it stands.
It's good; really like the clouds.
finally got around to vacuuming and mopping my room, was less of a pain in the ass my brain made it out to be
i am not saying i am suicidal, all i am saying is if i die in my sleep i would be ok, or if an accident happens that causes me to die a painless death, i am ok. feel me?
Personally im quite curious of how it felt to fall to death. The most dangerous part? I sometime thought about it when um driving on an elevated highway...
I dont want to die, but i dont want to live either.
Death itself is not scary. But sickness on the other hand...
I mean, if you dead, it's just that, dead, no okay, no not okay, just ded. Not like the coroner gonna ask you how you feel and you wake up and say "i'm good 👌".
Feels weird to me haha
Imagine dying in a plane crash, that few minutes before the moment of death itself. Oof can’t imagine. Or imagine drowning, that feeling of finding air but not being able to as life leaves your body slowly. Or dying in fire, feeling your skin sear under the heat.
That's before death, you're not okay with it because you're still alive and you don't wanna die.
But yeah i get what you mean.
I 100% agree with you. My most preferred way to die. Though according to some you need to accumulate massive good karma to receive this kinda reward.
I'm with you.
I'm more afraid of living than dying.
But then again I also don’t wanna die cause I wanna watch the eternals and shang Chi. Feel me
Hoping that the iPad mini 6 isn’t just a rumor. Held off on purchasing the 5 for this. Anyone else waiting for apple’s new products?
Em not really. The iPad Pros are going to be overpriced. The regular iPad and iPad mini are still going to look the same, just with a slightly faster processor. Honestly I am looking at either a Matepad or Tab S7 as my next tablet.
Oo I’ve never really explored other tablet brands before. I’m mainly wanting one for art and have personally only considered iPads cause I’m used to the OS. But yes, the pros are out of my budget. I’m hoping for there to be some upgrades in the mini since there hasn’t been new releases for it in a few years.
You should check out [this channel.](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCk-UHW1Q5EBJIHB4jHkVTbA/videos) He reviews other tablets from an artist's perspective.
Thank you for the recommendation! ☺️
So is interstate travel for work purpose allowed on Fri-Sun?
If no, does that mean that those affected people can't travel to work on Friday?( which is a working day in most of states here).
Seriously I'm a bit confused and puzzled on the latest directive from PDRM. I understand the cases are spiking but still...
What's so difficult to understand? If you need to work, get a letter, get tested and go see police.
If none of the above, don't travel la.
There are industries that run 24-7.
Aiyo, so many downvote, you poke the hornet nest dy.
Not really....I think it's reddits strange algorithm that somehow inflates your downvotes.
hey, its your funeral!
Go to the shop and demand to see the boss. Request for 1 to 1 exchange of the specific part. Exchange has better chance than a refund. You need to be firm.
make a police report and kpdnhep report, that's all you can do. Idk why you thought it made sense for them to take 1-2 months to repair, it's not a wrecked car.
idk about other products but it's not common to send computers overseas for repairs. Sourcing for parts sure, but the repair is always done locally cause it doesn't make logistical sense.
that's even more odd, broken pc parts are usually replaced, not fixed, unless you're talking about a laptop. Even then, repairs are not usually done overseas and there's no consumer pc on earth that would take 1-2 months to repair.
I've been a bit negative today, so I want to write about some things that are making me happy:
* they've re-opened the connection between my apartment and the mall next to it; that means I can go to the gym, rain or shine
* speaking of gym, they finally replaced the missing EZ bar! And today is a pull day! I can't wait to do bicep curls on that baby!
* Baron Cat is sitting on the table, trying to talk to me
* my KWSP withdrawal to pay for my housing loan was submitted without any issues
So life isn't **that** good, but hey it could've been worse. Much, much worse.
Heads up. Pdpr again.
What is pdpr? Am i missing out something 🤔
Pengajaran dan pembelajaran di rumah.
In other words, online classes are back.
Damn, I need lab credits next semester.
Let me guess. You're from Selangor, Kelantan or Sarawak?
Sep kito jange pecoh. Nanti nak beli air yang kat dalam esbok. Masa buka la tapi.
sleepy af at work. wish I could just close my eyes and sleep.
At one point, I would take quick naps in the toilet cubicles.
Not long after that, I learned that the surau is a more comfy place.
Inb4 toilets got clock in clock out system
yeah, sometimes I tend to sleep in the toilet too but I afraid if I take too much time
Is an rm16 charge for delivery bullshit (lalamove)? This one seller says so for me if i were to receive on the same day? Shop and my house both in kl
Ok lo. Instant delivery. No pitstop. Handled better than normal courier services. I have purchased a cake and it was delivered by lalamove.
that's not even same day delivery, that's an instant courier, they pick up and send straight to you. Ask to use normal parcel postage la.
Maybe because you're requesting for *same-day delivery*, which is actually express delivery and thus, justifies the price?
depends on the distance. you can just check it yourself at the lalamove website. yes its immediate delivery.
Does anyone have any tips and recommendation on how to re-organize a small room a giant wardrobe that's only for hanging cloth(this wardrobe is higher than the door and nearly reaching the ceiling), a double decker that I only use the below one (you know the double Decker that the lower deck is bigger that the upper one) (this double Decker takes half the space in the room). I have many belongings but I just don't know how to benefit from this... Layout? (Originally not my room but I needed to move room and organize it... I don't know how to start...) Oh also a small table with mirror and a chair...
Also does anyone have any recommendations for racks or organizers that's under RM50 on Shopee (because I'm a broke student lol and gotta pay on my own. (Per item)
But seriously... I just don't know how to reorganize this room it's driving me crazy. I hate me 😌 I suck at this type of activities...
That’s pretty rough 🥺 I’m not sure how you’ll be able to get more space without changing the bed frame and wardrobe
[This looks promising](https://i.imgur.com/OGcO6AE.jpg) and I cannot wait to finish it up (by that I hope I don’t ruin it along the way).
I’m treating my oil pastel like butter while my mind is chanting “impression” lol
Thanks. I just finished the piece and posted it in this thread.
Anyone remembers Kellog's rice krispies treat?
I remember eating them a few times during childhood, and then suddenly they stopped selling those.
I’ve had those but not from childhood. If you can find the Rice Krispy cereal, you can make your own bars with melted butter and marshmallow.
Yeah! I wondered where they disappeared to
Packet warna biru, chewy dan bertali kan?
Yup. Rasa macam bepang beras, tapi lagi sedap.
Nasib baik dia jual tak lama pasal waktu tu aku dah mula ketagih ngan benda tu.
It was around the year 2000-2003.
Yeah, it wasn’t long. Like a year or something.
I've been trying to find them for the past 2 years because I also miss the taste. No luck.
I teringat about the product because I saw Lazada sells them but price is quite expensive. I checked on Shopee it's cheaper but still more expensive than what I remember their selling price back then.
How expensive are we talking? RM1 per small bar?
Shopee - RM2.99
Yes, that's the price per pack.
I remember buying it for 30/50 cents.
