Really nice. Perfect!
Bucolic loveliness.Thank you for posting.
Nice piece and I love the title.
Sooooo beautiful I love the soft watercolor sky
Holy smokes this is phenomenal
Is gouache a fancy or proper term for watercolor? Hope this isn’t an ignorant question, your painting is beautiful!
Hello there, gouache is different from watercolour. It is a more opaque and matte medium, but can be used similarly to watercolour in that it can be used thin and layered. Gouache can be opaque like acylic, but can be reactivated like watercolours. I am new to painting, so I hope I answered your question.
Great answer and fully correct! I like Winsor and Newton gouache. I use it almost exclusively like watercolor (heavily diluted to allow layering) except in my foregrounds when I’ll lay down some opaque bright colors. It’s a hoot to use!
Hey how do you make the bright flowers in the foreground? Did you use masking fluid.
Yes it did, thank you kindly!
that is amazing!
This is lovely!
Love your colors~👍
Wow, if you sold prints of this (or the original) I would be very interested in buying.
Such talent!! This is the new background on my phone.
If you have an account where you sell prints, I'm interested!
you're good at using values. really pretty.
This is quite nice! Have you considered making it available as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) asset?
I’ve been saying this! She prefers fungible I think.
Well as my grandpappy used to say, "To Each; their Own"
Thanks but yea, zero interest in any of that NFT stuff.
10/10 expert level gouache
Amazing! Watercolours will always be something I find so hard so bravo 👏🏼
A couple of years ago I saw a similar painting in a city I love. I was completely mesmerized by it. It makes me want to try it myself! I bought some watercolors last year, but I haven't started practicing yet!
Just beautiful. Thanks for sharing. I am definitively going to save it, with your permission!
This is great! I just started using gouache this last weekend and I'm really liking it.
