So my wife got me this Hobby Box of Topps Heritage 2021 Minor League for my birthday and almost every pack in the box had 1-3 ā€œflip stockā€ /25 cards in it, odds were listed as 1:173. Iā€™m definitely pleased but also confused? Am I missing something or is it Birthday luck?
